Account data request

No one can delete your account from this webpage. Account deletion requires a signed-in app session or an ownership check by support.

Delete from the Android app (customers & service persons)

1. Open SkillConnect and sign in to the account you own.
2. Open Edit profile (or Complete profile).
3. Tap Delete my account & data, confirm, and you will be signed out.
4. After deletion you can create a new account with the same email or phone.

The server verifies the signed-in Firebase account, scrubs personal profile data, removes uploaded photos/ID files, and deletes the login. A person who only knows your email address or phone number cannot delete your account.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@taskvyo.in from the email registered to your SkillConnect account. Support (admin) will verify ownership, then can delete the account from the admin console.

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some job, payment, fraud-prevention, or safety records may be retained where required by law or legitimate security obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
